(Makati) will resume regular operations on 2 June 2020, Tuesday. New Clinic Schedule Mondays to Fridays 8:00am to 3:00pm. The health and safety of our clients, physicians, and staff continue to be our top priority. In this regard, please note the following: 1. The Clinic will only accommodate clients with verified and confirmed appointments . Please contact our landline number at (02) 88100785 or 09662788316. 2. Walk-in clients will not be entertained at this time. 3. Companions will not be allowed inside the Clinic, and we therefore strongly discourage clients from bringing one. (For the elderly and PWDs who will need to be accompanied, please inform us beforehand so arrangements can be made.) 4. All are required to wear surgical mask within the clinic’s premises. Please come 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, proceed immediately to the Screening Room (Unit 24A, near the elevator) before entering the Main Clinic. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective July 1, 2018, NHSI Makati will be charging new medical exam fees for Australia and New Zealand visa applicants. SPECIAL NOTE FOR WORKERS: Regarding the Visa-Related Medical Examination You are here to undergo an embassy-required medical examination as part of your visa application. The examination and tests are done to ensure that no public health, public safety, or unreasonable demand is imposed on the host country. THIS IS NOT a POEA-REQUIRED MEDICAL EXAMINATION The VISA-RELATED MEDICAL EXAMINATION is different and not accepted by the POEA just as the POEA medical examination is not accepted by the embassy. The embassy’s medical examination is done to protect its citizens. The POEA medical examination is done to protect the OFW. Applicants are served on a first come first served basis. Only external physical examination is conducted. We offer chaperone to all applicants. ↓ Exit Area Our staff will review your checklist prior to leaving. Abnormal urine test- repeat urinalysis is done immediately The staff in charge will contact you if there are repeat or additional tests to be done. Results will be forwarded electronically via e -Medical within three working days in most cases. Once your case is submitted, MOC* in Australia or INZ* will review your case and advice if any further tests are required. They will notify the client via email. FOR PREGNANT Applicants please bring OB_Gyne consent prior to xray. Females within the reproductive age group are advised not to schedule their medical examination during their menstrual period. Otherwise, they will be required to come back one week after the last day of their menstruation.
